Wise Path Psychological Services is a private practice dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapeutic services to individuals aged 14-60, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, interpersonal issues, and life transitions. In addition to individual therapy sessions, Wise Path Psychological Services offers parent sessions, family therapy, collateral collaboration, and group therapy programs to provide comprehensive support for mental health and emotional well-being.
With specialization in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma therapy, parent management training (PMT), and behavior management, I collaborate closely with clients to tailor interventions to meet their unique needs and goals.
